Everyone we’ve worked with at Florida Roads is super responsive with a focus on our needs and our deadlines. They are true partners with us and the engineer by helping resolve challenges and by early identification of potential issues. They are aware of and can pivot from the unique construction methods of a typical single family neighborhood, to a commercial site, to a multi-family site with ease and understanding. Any changes to the contract are reviewed timely, discussed together and priced fairly and reasonably. Their billing is always prompt and accurate. The Florida Roads management staff on our projects are highly competent in estimating, construction and project administration, while the field staff has had limited rework, all of which keeps the project running smoothly and on schedule. FRC takes the initiative to find solutions which will remediate any issues in a manner that resolves the problem, and is equitable resolution for all parties.

All necessary documentation including but not limited to certifications, shop drawings, monthly reporting, and schedules are submitted accurately and in a timely manner.

FRC is a highly qualified contractor who diligently pursues job construction and completion in a time-efficient manner. Job completion meets or exceeds proposed schedules due to their careful planning, organization, and ability to work with owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
